Found the perfect sofa? Great! Reserve it before someone else does and choose upto 5 preferred delivery dates. Payment is only pre-authorised and only processed once the seller confirms the sale within 48 hours.

Confirm the Purchase Request

When a buyer requests to purchase your sofa, you have 48 hours to confirm the sale. You will need to select one of the dates proposed from the buyer for our team to collect the item. If you don’t respond, the transaction will be cancelled automatically.

Collection & Delivery Booked

When a collection and delivery date has been agreed, this will then be booked into our platform and you will receieve a booking confirmation within 24 hours.

Confirm Your Purchase

Once your sofa arrives, you have 48 hours to confirm that it matches the description. If there’s an issue, simply raise a dispute, and we’ll step in to help.

Get Paid

Your payment is processed after the sofa is successfully delivered and will be deposited into your account normally the same day but it can take upto 48 hours in some cases. We use secure payments via Stripe for peace of mind.
