- Once your item has been purchased you will be able to choose a collection date
- When your collection is booked you will be given a window timeframe. On the day, you will receive an ETA and your driver will call you when they are 30 minutes away. Payment normally arrives in your account the same day as the collection however can take up to 2-5 working days. We are partnered with Stripe, for secure and trusted payments.

If you need to contact us about your collection, please check your email confirmation on your collection date and our collection teams number is on there for you to call.
When your item is collected, we receive photos of your items. We are then notified via our portal when the item is loaded on the collection teams van. You will also be required to sign for the collection. We will then transfer the agreed amount to your account, with funds normally arriving the same day however, in some instances can take up to 2-5 business days.
As a seller, collections are always free. So you get to sit back and relax, whilst we make sure everything is taken care of for you.
