Description

Selling this lovely sofa as I’ve moved back to my parents so it’s not needed anymore. The pictures are of how I had it in my flat and then there’s also a screenshot of the measurements. Please note, it needs assembling.

– Less than 6 months old.
– It comes in separate parts as the removal men had to get it down from a top a top floor flat. It is easy to put back together and it means it will be easy to transit.
– Sticking out part where you can lay your legs can be put at either side.
– There is also a matching footstool available that opens up to store items (Happy to sell this for £150 – again less than 6 months old)
– Price bought new currently is £1,019.

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7. Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised.

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order.

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.

Our sellers have 72 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day.

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order.

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller.

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice. Your items are normally collected in the morning from the seller and then delivered to you the very same day.

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days.

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your claim.

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
